Caster Apps is the standalone app discovery and browser-handoff surface for Caster OS. This static fallback keeps app directory navigation, mini app compatibility, and read-only contracts live while Reown AppKit, wallet-authenticated listings, app-store registry writes, embedded browser handoff, visit tracking, rewards, owned-index cache, and rollback remain blocked_external.
